The QuickBooks AI Agents launch was the press and analyst preview of Intuit’s virtual team of AI agents, a release CEO Sasan Goodarzi called “the most significant launch we’ve ever had in our history.” The experience transformed a blank gallery in New York’s SoHo into a high-craft brand world where guests tried the agents firsthand and Goodarzi gave interviews on site. In the 72 hours that followed, Intuit stock rose 2.31%, or $17.54 per share.

Design approach

The gallery started as a blank white box with ten days to design and build. A gradient vinyl cling across the entire floor wrapped guests in the brand from the moment they walked in, and lighting in matching blues and greens activated the ceiling to carry the color overhead.

Story walls

Video walls on two sides of the gallery brought the launch to life. One side showed the product, and the other told customer stories in their own words.

Demo stations

Four custom demo stations, one for each agent: Payments, Accounting, Finance and Customer. Each was sized so several people could gather around and watch a demo together, while projection wrapped the room in the story.

“By far, this is the most significant launch we’ve ever had in our history because it’s end-to-end.”

Small business showcase

Products from Intuit’s small business customers filled glass display cases throughout the gallery, each paired with a card telling the founder’s story. Guests could see and touch the real businesses the agents were built to serve.
